If you don’t already have a free Zoom account, go to Zoom.com and set one up ahead of time. Zoom will require you to download its free application which will allow you to join the meeting. Doing this in advance will ensure a smooth experience.

In addition, our members will need to approve last year’s minutes,

review chapter finances, and elect trustees for the coming year.

We require a quorum of at least 20 of our 700 members to conduct business, so we urge you to attend.
